Managing Partner
Over 20+ years, Jonathan has provided strategic leadership and consulting driving commercial growth and innovation for Pfizer, J&J, Boehringer, Vertex, and Amgen, and many early-stage biopharmas as well.
Jonathan remains influential in commercialization, market entry, and product launch for Fortune 50 pharma and VC-backed disruptors. On the health tech side, he has worked with leading innovators such as Medisafe and ZephyrAI, to plan, land, and expand in new markets. He’s led cross-functional launch teams for 4 major drugs, closed multi-million dollar deals between digital health and pharma, and built the 45+ consultant network powering Ivy Tree’s success. He holds a BA in Human Biology from Stanford and an MBA from NYU Stern.

With 25+ years in pharma and biotech, Michael has been behind the scenes of their blockbuster drug launches and next-gen marketing. He’s built commercial models, steered international partnerships worth over €100M, and navigated the complexities of bringing innovative therapies to market across North America, Europe, and Asia. Beyond big pharma, Michael backs emerging healthtech startups as an angel investor. He holds an M.S. in Management from North Carolina State and a B.A. from Ohio State University.

Steffanie J. Bristol
Strategy
A recognized leader in digital health and AI, Steffanie Bristol has driven strategy and innovation at Biogen and Philips, shaping the future of imaging and precision medicine.
As Head of External Innovation for Biogen, where she managed a $55M+ portfolio of AI, imaging, and biomarker partnerships. At Philips, she oversaw diagnostic imaging platform ventures and strategic alliances, and helped launch a cloud-native imaging business spun out as Synthesis Health. Earlier, she advised biopharma and medtech clients at Accenture. Steffanie is now a mentor at NYU Stern’s Endless Frontier Labs. She holds an MBA and MPH from University of Michigan and a BS in Health Science from Clemson.

Marisa Tricarico

Former Accenture Partner and leader of the NA Responsible AI practice, Marisa is a strategist with a track record guiding high-stakes decisions for pharma and healthcare leaders like Sanofi, CVS Health, and VCs.
She has built, scaled cross-functional, international teams, and supported clients across market entry, growth strategy, due diligence, and M&A. Named by Forbes as a top AI Ethics Leader, Marisa brings deep expertise at the intersection of business, data, and organizational transformation. She previously worked as an investor at the NYU Innovation Venture Fund and other crossover hedge funds. She holds dual MBAs from NYU Stern and HEC Paris and a BA in Cognitive Neuroscience from Boston University. She began her career in research for Harvard at Massachusetts General Hospital.

Igor Rudychev

With over 25+ years leading AI and analytics in pharma, Igor has built enterprise data capabilities and steered digital innovation across oncology, rare diseases, and commercial operations. He’s known for building teams, launching analytics platforms, and driving decisions for blockbuster therapies in global markets. Igor is also an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University, recognized for his leadership in healthcare and data science. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth and a PhD in Theoretical Physics from Texas A&M University.

Barbara Sosnowski

Barbara has 25+ years of executive experience driving R&D innovation and external partnerships across the biopharma landscape. As VP and Global Head of Emerging Science & Innovation at Pfizer, she led transformative alliances and built strategic pipelines in multiple therapeutic areas. Barbara has served as President & CEO of Tissue Repair Company and held board and advisory roles at Kestrel Therapeutics and LionBird Rings. She holds a PhD in Biology from Johns Hopkins University.

Molly Harper

Seasoned proven life sciences leader and company builder whose career spans marquee names like Merck, Sanofi, Johnson & Johnson, UBS, and IBM.
Molly began her career in equity research at UBS and strategy consulting at IBM. Then, she held commercial and general management roles at Merck, Sanofi (US Endocrinology GM), Akcea Therapeutics (Ionis), and Synlogic (Chief Strategy & Business Officer). Molly currently sits on the boards of 2 pharma companies, and advises next-generation biotech and digital health ventures. Molly holds an MBA from Wharton and a BA from Cornell.

Troy has led the launch and commercialization of sensor-driven and AI-enabled healthcare products, including a treatment fidelity platform acquired by a leading EHR. He’s helped shape the strategy for major players like Comcast and Verizon, and holds a patent-pending AI system cited in peer-reviewed research. Troy’s expertise lies in aligning technology, clinical workflow, and reimbursement to accelerate adoption and deliver impact across healthcare.

Naimish Patel
Business Development
Founding member of Rally Health, Naimish helped drive its scale to a $1B+ digital health platform acquired by UnitedHealth Group.
A serial entrepreneur and growth leader, Naimish previously served as SVP of Revenue at Hero Health and as VP-GM of Enterprise Solutions at Optum. He is now President of Red Cell’s Healthcare Practice, where he builds and advises new ventures in digital health, diagnostics, and care delivery, and he also serves on the boards of Savoy Life and TARA Mind. He holds an MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck and a BA in Economics from the University of Florida.

Neil Sethi

Product innovator and entrepreneur, Neil has launched and scaled digital health solutions that have improved outcomes for thousands of patients.
Neil brings deep expertise in building and scaling healthtech products—from co-founding SpineZone and eliminating opioid use in 85% of patients, to driving rapid customer adoption at Xolv Technology and launching a $7M sleep business at Sutter Health. His leadership has spanned preventative care, AI-driven clinical platforms, and innovation for both startups. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.

Jim has led growth and operational initiatives as Chief of Staff at Knownwell and steered partnership strategy as Director of Growth at Cohere Health. He brings a strong consulting foundation from Putnam Associates and Triage Consulting Group, and has worked as a Venture Fellow at Arkitekt Ventures. Earlier in his career, Jim held research roles at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Duke University Medical Center. He holds a BS in Biology from Duke University.

Janine Kopp

Janine brings 10+ years of international experience building digital health and virtual care ventures. Over a half decade at Takeda Digital Ventures, she incubated leading digital clinics, drove investments in healthtech, and led the venture studio’s deal pipeline. Janine co-founded PERLA Health to deliver virtual care for women, and has shaped oncology brand strategy for Takeda across Europe. She holds both a BSc and MSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences from ETH Zurich.

He has led market assessments, forecasting, and transaction support for global pharmaceutical leaders and venture-backed innovators, guiding high-stakes investment decisions and portfolio strategy.
He has held senior roles at Trinity Life Sciences, Leerink Partners, Kx Advisors, and Fletcher Spaght, where he worked directly with boards and executive teams to shape corporate strategy and execute complex deals across U.S. and international markets.
Brett holds an Executive MBA from Quantic and a BA in Chemistry from Amherst College.

Aditya Sharma
